EXPANSION
Grow With Us at Our Wilmington Retirement Community
In May 2024, Porters Neck Village held a Grand Opening to celebrate the completion of phase 1 of the community’s expansion. The expansion included 44 beautiful new independent living residences, covered parking, a dog park, state-of-the-art amenities, a community garden, and so much more.
Phase 2 will introduce additional offerings, including 67 new independent living residences with expanded floor plans. Many of these will offer space for a den, library, art studio, or guest room. Also coming are new outdoor areas, including covered walkways and a new community park with a greenhouse and beautifully landscaped ponds.
