With time comes new challenges, and Porters Neck Village’s comprehensive continuum of care means you can maintain your independence while getting the help you need. Champions Assisted Living, located next door at The Davis Community, is dedicated to residents’ care and dignity. As a resident of Porters Neck Village, you’ll receive 30 complimentary days of temporary assisted living services per year for a temporary stay. If you decide to move into The Davis Community permanently, you’ll get a 25% discount for assisted living services.
Find a plan that’s right for you on their beautiful campus, complete with family-style dining and specialized care. And the best part? You can stay close to the friends you’ve made at Porters Neck Village. After all, once a Village Person, always a Village Person.
Home Care
With our home care services, you never have to sacrifice your independence. Get traditional 1-on-1, intermittent, or customized care depending on your needs. We’ll also help you with tasks like medication management (via weekly nurse visits), housekeeping, and transportation. And since our vision is to allow residents to age in place, rest assured that you’ll get the support you need to remain in the community you call home.
Skilled Nursing
As a Porters Neck Village resident, if you ever need a higher level of long-term care, you’ll have priority access to our neighbor, The Davis Community. Each day and through the night, The Davis Community’s focus is to provide skilled nursing care with attention to emotional needs and overall well-being to maintain personal interests and a maximum level of independence.
Memory Care
Caring for someone with dementia can be a difficult journey, and at Porters Neck Village, we’re helping residents find contentment at the moment. With priority access to Champions Assisted Living at The Davis Community, your loved one will receive individualized memory care based on their needs.
Rehabilitation
If you ever need help mending after an illness, injury, or surgery, Porters Neck Village residents can access inpatient and outpatient senior services at the Rehabilitation & Wellness Pavilion at The Davis Community.
