At Porters Neck Village, your safety is always our top priority. That’s why ours is a gated community so residents can breathe a little easier. Our dedicated 24/7 security guards and cameras are positioned throughout Porters Neck Village, continually monitoring the property to keep you safe. Yet, for your convenience, our contact-free entry allows residents to enter the property with a wave of their hand.
We also have contingency plans for severe weather, fires, and medical emergencies. For example, in the event of a category three storm or higher, residents are evacuated to Greensboro, NC. And since accidents like falls can happen at any time, on-site nurses are available to assist immediately should the need arise.
